Added .gitattributes & .gitignore fileshope i did right this time

adds in ground pollution walking is slowed on polluted ground big wooden power pole added to creosote recipes ground pollution tweaked some to keep down update times, still needs some more tweaking in regards to randomness on placement
Tailings pond requires power to fill/empty Polluted Ground adjusted somewhat Performance optimizations
I have NO idea why the smoke sprite-animation is flickering, i checked and re-checked the spritesheet and it´s ok.
Im still completely LOST in the icon arrangement inside the UI. XD
